ROAD REPAIR PROCEDURE

Jetpatcher uses a simple four-stage process to fix a road failure such as potholes, edge breaks, depressions and/or crocodile cracks. All types road failures are fixed using the same specific formulated bitumen emulsion and asphalt aggregate mix described below.

Using the high-volume blower through the delivery hose, the Jetpatcher easily blows all loose debris from the road failure, cleaning it and preparing the road failure for an effective long-lasting repair

Road stone aggregate is introduced into the road failure and coated with bitumen emulsion at the point of exiting the delivery hose, blown into the road failure at high volume, effectively compacting from bottom up.

The Jetpatcher delivery hose coats the road failure base and surrounding area with a specific formulated bitumen emulsion. It seals the prepared base and prevents further damage from occurring.

Lastly the road failure is sealed with the specific formulated bitumen emulsion from the delivery hose and a light layer of dry crusher dust aggregate is applied to the repaired area, preventing the newly fixed area from adhering to car tires prior to the emulsion fully curing
